Property valuation with an expert
Understand the value of your property through a refined, evidence-based analysis, remotely or on site. An expert explains the results using tools also used by banks.
Arrange an initial phone callThe initial call is free and without obligation. Your adviser helps you choose.
Two valuations, one shared goal:
a value that reflects the market.
Both options combine property data with expert analysis. An on-site visit adds an assessment of features that cannot always be evaluated from the documents alone.
Simplified valuation
A refined valuation based on verified information and market comparisons.
The expert reviews your documents and discusses the property’s features with you, then compares them with property data using tools also used by banks.
- More accurate informationFloor areas, location, condition and renovations are reviewed to reduce uncertainty.
- Differences explainedThe expert checks whether the result is consistent and explains why it may differ from an initial online estimate.
- A neutral, well-supported referenceYou understand the factors affecting value, the assumptions and the uncertainties in the analysis.
Comprehensive on-site valuation
An in-depth analysis that compares the data with the actual property.
The expert supplements the analysis of the documents and the market with a visit, assessing aspects that plans, photographs or software cannot always capture.
- Features assessed on siteVisible condition, finishes, layout, natural light, views and immediate surroundings.
- A better-supported analysisThe visit helps confirm or correct the information and assess factors that may increase or reduce the property’s value.
- A sound basis for decisionsThe observed features are incorporated into a neutral valuation, with an explanation of their effect on value.
You do not need to choose now. An initial free phone call helps clarify your needs. If a potential sale emerges, your adviser also offers a free valuation by an expert from our partner network.

A neutral valuation to protect your interests.
A high price may sound appealing. What matters is understanding the evidence behind it.
Immoprice is not an estate agency. Our role is to help you understand the value of your property and assess professionals’ proposals.
We aim for a value that reflects the market, without inflating it to persuade you to sign a sales mandate. The analysis gives you a common basis for comparing price recommendations and understanding differences.
You receive a well-supported reference and remain free to sell, wait or keep your property.
Your documents reviewed
A sound valuation starts with information about your property: floor areas, condition, renovations and specific features.
Professional tools
Software also used in the banking sector supports the analysis with market comparisons.
An expert who explains the results
The factors affecting value, differences and limitations are explained. During an on-site visit, the expert adds their own observations.
A property valuation for decisions
that matter.
Selling, financing or family circumstances: your adviser recommends the right approach based on your goals and the complexity of your property.
Sale and asking price
Set a realistic asking price and compare estate agents’ valuations on a neutral basis, particularly for an unusual property.
Mortgage and refinancing
Clarify your property’s current value before discussing financing with your bank.
Inheritance and gifts
Prepare a transfer or division among heirs with a well-supported valuation. Make an informed decision about buying out a share.
Divorce and separation
Provide a basis for discussions about selling, dividing the property or buying out the other owner’s share.
Tax matters
Better understand the difference between an official assessment and an estimated value. Clarify your needs before taking steps relating to tax.
Disagreement over the value
Understand differing valuations from a neutral perspective and obtain reasoned evidence to support further discussions.
Does a bank, notary or public authority require a specific document? Mention this during the initial call. Your adviser checks which service is appropriate; court proceedings may require a specialist valuation.
Frequently asked questions
Why is a detailed property valuation important?
A detailed property valuation helps you:
- Obtain a more reliable reference value before putting your property on the market.
- Avoid setting an overly ambitious or overly conservative price from the outset.
- Compare estate agents’ proposals on a neutral, well-supported basis.
- Anticipate the questions potential buyers will ask.
It is a key step in preparing a sale on sound foundations and reducing the risk of losing time or credibility on the market.
How does an expert valuation differ from an online estimate?
An online estimate provides an initial indication based on the information entered. An expert valuation adds a review of that information and an expert’s interpretation, supported by software also used by banks.
During the valuation, remotely or on site, the expert will:
- Analyse your property in context: location, property type and specific features.
- Compare the available market data with the information and documents relating to your property.
- Identify factors that may increase or reduce its value.
- Explain a realistic value range and the evidence supporting it.
The simplified valuation is based on documents and remote discussions. The comprehensive valuation adds a visit to assess the condition, finishes, natural light, layout and surroundings on site.
If you are considering selling, the expert can also explain the timeframes observed for sales in the local market. These remain indicative.
This valuation is not a price promise: it is a neutral, well-supported reference to help you make decisions.
Do I need to choose an option before contacting you?
No. The initial phone call, which is free and without obligation, helps us understand your situation and determine whether a remote analysis is sufficient or a visit would be preferable. The property valuation takes place afterwards, according to the option chosen.
When is the valuation free?
Both options are free if you decide to entrust the sale of your property to an Immoprice partner. You do not need to wait until the sale is completed. This arrangement is based on your good faith: your adviser explains the terms during the initial conversation.
Is a free valuation by a partner possible?
Yes. If we identify a potential sale during the initial call, your adviser offers a free valuation by an expert from our partner network.
Will my bank accept the valuation?
Each bank may apply its own criteria and carry out its own valuation. Using software also used by banks does not guarantee that the document will be accepted. Mention this requirement during the initial call so that we can check which service is appropriate.
Am I required to sell after the valuation?
No. You remain free to sell, wait or keep your property, and to decide whether to work with an Immoprice partner. If you do not entrust the sale to one of our partners, the price of the chosen option applies.
